Services
WEBMORA Technologies LLC provides web development, plugin development, e-commerce, and performance optimisation services. The precise scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final agreed deliverables. WEBMORA Technologies retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to project commencement.
Payment
Payment terms are specified per project. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may incur fees as defined in the project agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary information, business strategies, or other confidential materials to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
WEBMORA Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific engagement.
Warranties
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We commit to addressing reported defects within the warranty period defined in the project agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the contract. Work completed to the date of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
